Project Summary

This project was to introduce students to branding. I was to create deliverables for an event. At the time, I was very interested in Jiu Jitsu and studied it often. In martial arts, students earn belts of different colors. This gave me the idea for different levels of event passes. The triangle is often seen in many Jiu Jitsu training center logos. The minimalistic branding and exeperience were made to be both familiar and inviting to current and prospective students interested in learing more about the sport. On the website, I thought being an event, it would be a good idea to have a countdown timer to the event right up front. Also, instead of entering filler text, I went ahead and entered text to add to the vision of what this could be. The event schedule would show a breakdown of events and times based on each day and provide a map of the venue for patrons.
